1. COMPANY DETAILS
The services are provided by the company
V.G.A. HOUSE FOR DREAMS AND BEAUTIFUL STEPS LTD,
hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Company provides event organization services, decoration services, provision and/or rental of equipment, and related services, as specifically described in the relevant offer or agreement.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Acceptance of an offer, signing of an agreement and/or payment of any amount constitutes express, full and unconditional acceptance of all present Terms & Conditions.
4. ADVANCE PAYMENT – SERVICES RESERVATION
An advance payment of 80% of the total agreed amount is required to confirm the order.
The advance payment:
• is binding and non-refundable,
• covers the reservation of services, equipment and human resources,
• relates to the specific agreed service date.
5. NON-EXCLUSIVITY
Payment of the advance does not grant exclusivity of the event date.
The Company reserves the right to undertake a second and/or third event on the same date, provided that the proper and high-quality performance of the agreed service is not affected.
6. CANCELLATION – POSTPONEMENT – DATE CHANGE
In case of cancellation, postponement or date change by the client, for any reason and regardless of the notice period:
• the advance payment shall not be refunded,
• shall not be offset,
• shall not be transferred to another date.
7. INVOICING – VAT – LEGAL VALIDITY
Upon confirmation of the order, the Company issues a lawful tax invoice in accordance with the applicable tax legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.
• All amounts are subject to VAT, where applicable.
• The invoice has full legal and tax validity.
• It constitutes a binding payment obligation for the client.
Failure to comply with payment terms entitles the Company to suspend services and take any lawful action for debt recovery.
8. BANKING TRANSACTIONS
Payments are made via bank transfer or other lawful payment methods.
Proof of payment constitutes evidence of settlement and is retained for tax and audit purposes.
9. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client is obliged:
• to provide accurate and timely information,
• to ensure access and safety at the event venue,
• to comply with technical and operational instructions.
10. DAMAGES – LOSSES
The client bears full responsibility for any damage, loss or destruction of equipment.
The Company is entitled to charge the full cost of repair or replacement.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to force majeure events beyond its control.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
